JN-FBO Vertical Sand Shooting Horizontal Parting Molding Machine
Overview
The JN-FBO series flaskless molding machine combines the advantages of vertical sand shooting with horizontal parting.
Featuring a unique double-sided pattern flask stripping structure, the cope and drag flasks can be flipped 90 degrees. Sand is gravity-fed from the top and uniformly shot into the flasks from top to bottom. After compaction, the flasks rotate back 90 degrees to reset, followed by mold stripping, core setting, and parting, achieving a seamless integration of vertical shooting and horizontal parting.
The guide plate at the sand shooting port precisely directs the sand flow, guiding it around the mold to smoothly fill the shadowed areas. This not only effectively protects the mold from impact but also ensures uniform sand mold density.
The integrated automatic drag flask shuttle mechanism allows the drag flask to enter and exit smoothly, making core setting operations easier and safer for workers.

1.Infinitely Linear Adjustable Sand Shooting Height: The sand shooting height of upper and lower sand molds can be precisely adjusted infinitely according to casting height, reducing molding sand waste and effectively lowering production costs.
2.Patented Sand Shooting Deflector Technology: Adopts exclusive patented sand shooting deflector technology, which not only protects molds from sand flow impact but also efficiently fills the shadow areas of molds, improving sand mold forming quality.
3.Efficient Vertical Sand Shooting: Performs top-down vertical sand shooting from the sand hopper into the flask, achieving optimal sand filling performance and ensuring uniform compaction and integrity of sand molds.
4.Smooth Lower Flask Ejection for Easy & Safe Core Setting: The lower flask slides out smoothly, enabling workers to place sand cores easily and safely, optimizing the core setting operation experience and enhancing work efficiency and safety.
5.Horizontal Parting & Ejection for Seamless Casting: After compaction, the sand mold rotates 90 ° for horizontal parting and smooth ejection, seamlessly connecting with subsequent pouring and cooling processes.
6.Precise Control via Servo Proportional Valve: Adopts servo proportional valve control technology, ensuring smooth and stable mold stripping, avoiding sand mold deformation and guaranteeing sand mold dimensional accuracy.
