rictly implement it, I believe that safety accidents and other problems affecting the physical condition of operators will be effectively solved.
Usually, the formulation of occupational hazard management system in China’s foundry industry must include these three aspects. First, in terms of occupational hazard prevention and control, it must be done:
a. Formulate specific measures to prevent and control occupational hazards such as dust, toxic and harmful gases, radiation, noise and high temperature;
b. The enterprise should organize relevant personnel to evaluate the occupational hazard status every year to confirm the effectiveness of occupational hazard prevention and control measures;
c. Regularly inspect places with occupational hazards such as dust, toxic and harmful gases, radiation, noise and high temperature to prevent operators from being harmed by these aspects.
Secondly, employees should be equipped with qualified labor protection articles that meet the requirements of national standards or industry standards, and they should be issued regularly according to regulations, and there should be no phenomenon of less or no long-term issuance.
The following points should be done for employee health monitoring: a. Patients with occupational diseases should be treated in a timely manner; b. Those who suffer from occupational contraindications and are diagnosed as unsuitable for the original type of work should be transferred in time; c. Enterprises should regularly provide Employee physical examination and establishment of employee health monitoring files.
China’s foundry industry is one of the high-risk industries. In order to retain operators and allow foundry workers to create more value for the enterprise, Chinese foundry enterprises should strictly refer to the above occupational hazard management system for implementation.
